JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage supply chain activities such as inventory control, logistics and distribution, identifying new vendors/suppliers, submitting procurement, logistics and asset reports to Sr. Management
Expert in building good relationships with vendors, suppliers and contractors to ensure the smooth flow of services
Manage and monitor all transactions including evaluation, contract management, legal considerations, payment conditions, contractor management, performance evaluation and risk assessment
Expert in preparing Purchase Orders and Local Purchase Orders as required
Oversee contract negotiation terms and meet with vendors/suppliers to allow ample opportunity for the identification and early resolution of potential disputes
Follow rules and correct procedures in managing stocks and company equipments
Monitor, track, and record all inventory movement within the company branches to ensure the availability of required stock for each branch
