Job Purpose:
To attend all the daily shift complaints from the rooms & other areas.
Principal Accountabilities:
• To carry out routine rounds of the hotel as assigned by the shift engineers and records the daily reading of Swimming Pool water parameters and cold room reading.
• Keep informed to shift engineer about any abnormality found in any equipment & system.
• Attends to guest/ other complaints promptly.
• Records and maintains logbooks and day register.
• Adheres to the specifications of electrical codes - or as advised.
• Installs and operates the music system, public address system when required for functions as & when required.
• Attends to Kitchen and Laundry machine repair jobs as needed.
• Maintains the clean workshop & stores.
• Informs shift engineers about shortage of any chemical or spares needed for daily operations.
• Attends to control room/ Fire panel as & when needed.
• AHU/FCU cleaning, engineering assistance in outdoor/ Desert Safari, assistance in HACCP r ecords. I
• Ensure minimum waste for the spares.
• Attends to all the trainings as given in daily trainings or as decided by L& D.
