Design and implement overall recruitment strategies
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Post hiring needs continuously to maintain strong talent pipeline
Source and recruitment candidates by using databases, etc.
Screen candidates CVs and job applications
Conduct online interviews using various reliable selection tools to filter candidates
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills and experiences
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
