The Receptionist is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that the Company’s services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.


  • Manages the company’s reception area;
  • Greets and directs all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers;
  • Ensures completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures;
  • Handles special administrative projects, as well as overflow work from department and executive assistants;
  • Places, receives and routes a high volume of calls through the Company telephone system; supplies information to callers, relays messages and announces visitors;
  • Arrange pick up of parcels and documents from courier providers;
  • Operates office equipment and completes general office work;
  • Responsible for the Driver’s schedule and dispatch;
  • Manages the distribution and placement of orders for office stationery supplies;
  • Generate reports for monthly Office Stationery Consumption and Employees daily Timesheet;
  • Perform other duties as may be required by immediate supervisor.
  • Assist with other HR operations functions as may be required by immediate supervisor.
