Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar.

Base Location: Dubai

Report To:  VP Sales




Key Responsibilities


Sales Management

·  Work closely with Distributor’s Sales / Brand Manager and ensure that the overall territory sales and assigned objectives are achieved in line with Company policies and strategies.

·  Set the Sales and Distribution targets for all Distributors.

·  Deliver volume, value and distribution objectives of the assigned territory within budget, time and policy parameters through efficient control of the distributor network and his staff.

·  Plan, implement and monitor all traditional sales activities within the assigned territory as an entrepreneurial manager, particularly providing an annual drive-plan cascaded down to SKU level for the whole territory.

·  Execute visibility norms across the territory as per set merchandising standards by channel.

·  Track competitor’s activities monthly, create process documents and communicate the same to the management and plan/execute counter strategies accordingly.

Brand Management & Product Portfolio

·  Responsible for the brand growth, Distributor operational excellence and strategies to drive sales.

·  Responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of aggressive and innovative sales promotions for distributors and customers with a view to ensure adequate penetration, market share, product positioning, growth, and performance.

·  Periodic Market visits. Conducting competitor and market analysis, planning product mix to meet the market demands and revenue targets.

·  Conduct periodic audits on visibility with Retail outlets, Improve visibility and presence by maintaining good relations with Retail outlets in the region.

·  Launch new products introduced by company.

·  Core product sales versus ancillary products sales.

·  Merchandising and availability guideline implementation.

·  New development based on market demand.

·  Develop and Implement sales promotions.

·  Competition review and benchmarking.

·  Handling of product complaint.


Budget Planning and Sales Spend

Budgeting for year and quarter based on historical sales and market dynamics.

Distributor spend approvals based on quantity target achievement.

Rationalization of BTL activities and promotions to augment bottom-line.
