- Create policies and procedures related to talent Acquisition.
- Create & Implementing Talent Acquisition framework from – Sourcing, Screening, interviews & on-boarding.
- Define KPI for the recruitment activity and regularly follow results-number of recruitments finalized, quality of recruitment, recruitment duration, career evolution of High Potentials, turnover, feedback from new employees, level of satisfaction of internal hires.
- Identify and implement successful sourcing strategies to meet hiring targets
- Plan and implement specific hiring initiatives to meet long term organization objectives.
- Managing the full on boarding process, conducting new joiner trainings running through company policy and employment laws.
- Responsible to manage recruitment projects.
- Process Improvement Opportunities (automation, process redesign, controls/audits)
