The Dubai Office has several opportunities for new graduates or undergraduate to work as interns and learn in either of the following areas: Recruitment, Resourcing, Sales and Data Management/Analytics. The initial internship will be for 3 months. Allowance to be provided.
As a Graduate Intern you will develop your skills in fulfilling the following duties:
Developing an understanding of clients and their industriesUtilising the company's databases and CV banks to resource for suitable candidatesReviewing and filtering applications and short-listing candidatesPreparing CVs and other documentationLead generation activities; mapping businesses and creating organisation chartsCreating relevant reports; managing databasesPerforming administrative duties (e.g. answering phones, booking meetings, etc.)
We are looking for:
· Recent graduates or placement students.
· Someone who is eligible to work here - typically you will be on your parent's visa.
· A highly organised individual with a passion to learn and progress their skills.
· Possessing a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
· Interested in business, Sales, HR or Agency career longer term
· Very proficient with MS Office applications and social media.
