Position Title: Grinding Supervisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation and transportation

About the Client:
The hiring company is an engineering company expert in surface coating and precision machining
Job Role:
Supervise the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives
Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply
Assign and supervise the work of production employees to meet all quality requirements and production schedules
Work from detailed drawings, process sheets, tooling instructions, and standard charts to identify component/manufacturing specifications
Assists in training of new workers to help provide adequate training for department personnel
Grinding variety of components to high and tight tolerances small and large
Performing work with a variety of grinding wheel specifications
Knowledge of Diamond wheel Grinding – final grinding Carbides and ceramics
Uses experience to determine the best practice machining methods for each part
Use dial indicators, micrometers, and other standard and special precision inspection equipment to set up, adjust and check dimensions
May be required to operate multiple machines
Rotate between various department work centers as required
Responsible for Cylindrical and Surface Grinding including internal and external grinding
Responsible for verifying the quality of finished workpieces by inspecting them, comparing them to templates, measuring their dimensions, or testing them in working machinery
