Job Description
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains and operates Radiography Testing machine for plastic products / parts dimension inspection as per Industrial standards.
- Monitor each stage of production for all shop processes using statistical analysis to make sure that machined parts are within tolerance limits.
- heck assembly, test and packaging processes and ensure they meet the established quality standards & requirements.
- Set up and perform quality tests on materials, parts, and products as per the quality standards and procedures.
- Inspect mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical components and assemblies for conformance to quality specifications.
- Record all test data on graphs and charts, evaluate their findings, and write summary reports.
- Monitor and ensure compliance to HACCP, SOP, AND QA programs during processing.
- Verify equipment calibration as per established procedures & frequencies and as directed by the Supervisor.
- To ensure all processes, procedures and activities meet and match those as laid out in company ISO and management procedures.
- Ensure all company operational and ethical practices and policies are adhered to at all times.
- Perform any other job/task assigned by the QA Executive to accomplish department objectives.
