We are currently looking to hire a Recruitment Business Development Executive who would be interested in joining our motivated and friendly team as we look to grow our business. We seek exceptional individuals to help place middle to senior level candidates.

Job Description

As the Recruitment Business Development Executive, you must perform the following duties:
Building business relationships with current and potential clients;Understanding client's recruitment requirements and offering solutions and support;Conduct meetings with clients by phone, email, and in person;Collaborating across the business to identify opportunities for internal progression and the development of your team;Managing yourself and in the future progressing into a management position for Recruiters and Resourcers in order to meet targets and expand.
