Store Assistants - Clearing the deliveries and hanging/ displaying the merchandise

• Supporting store staff as per the requirement

• Ensure back store area is well organized and as per business standards

• Tagging of products

• Maintaining the house-keeping standards

• Reduce damages

Store Associates - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

• Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained in the store.

• Proactively acknowledge, greet and assist customers in the store

• Merchandise, restock and maintain sales floor as per Brand standards

• Responsible for effective replenishment

• Responsible for maintaining fitting room standards

• Multi-skilled in cashiering, sales floor, customer handling and back-store

• Never say “No” to customer
