Adecco Middle East is currently recruiting for a Techno Consultant-Oracle HCM Cloud for one of our prestigious client based in Dubai, UAE.

Job Description
- At least 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud project implementations as a technical developer
- Completed at least 2 full ERP or HCM Oracle Cloud (Fusion) project implementations or EBS project implementations
- Extensive Knowledge on underlying database structure for HCM Oracle Cloud (Fusion)
- Extensively worked on Integration with extracts, Rest APIs etc.
- Worked on BI Publisher reports, Migration and Workflow components
- BI Reports/Dashboards : Oracle Sql is the key skill required in order to develop the BI reports.
- OTBI Reports/Dashboards
- HCM Extracts
- Fast Formulas
- HDL
- HCM Data Loader
- Responsible for the design, development, testing and support of technical tasks in Oracle Cloud
- Technical Tasks include Integrations, HCM Extracts and BI Publisher Reports with Oracle Integration Cloud middleware.
- Prepare and deliver technical workshops and engaging with business Stakeholders in requirements gathering and business mapping
- Carry out unit testing on code and develop test plans to verify logic of new or modified code.
- Will assist the implementation team in change management, resolution of technical queries, documentation of logs and training.
- Needs to be very hands-on in HR processes and must be well versed with coding/scripting/out of box scenarios.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud (Fusion) modules specifically with HCM Extracts
