POSITION : BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
SALARY : AED 5,000 – 7,000
JOB SUMMARY
1. The Business Development Manager will focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management, as this role will garner and meet with potential clients.
2. Responsible to research client business referrals, network, and web leads; provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered and additional presentations as needed, and work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult throughout the sales process.
3. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.
Duties & Responsibilities
● Work closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and members of the executive team and Board of Directors to drive the corporate strategy and long- range plans, including product development strategy.
● Participates in the creation and implementation of the sales and business plan. Proactively identifies prospects, qualifying them, introducing them and determining their requirements, through cold and warm calls, direct sales, networking to create and maintaining referral agents, social media and other channels.
● Conducts on-site and off-site meetings with potential customers and provide assistance/consultancy in closing the deal.
● Acquires key information about potential projects discussing requirements in more detail with clients and explain how we work to gain trust to earn the business.
● Initiates, prepares and negotiates proposals with customers for products and services.
● Monitors established contacts to ensure customer satisfaction.
● Develops potential customer lists to identify new sales opportunities using available information and through market research.
● Attends weekly sales meeting and providing sales report to General Manager.
● Liaises with operations department regarding execution and logistics of won projects.
● Arranges final handover and sign off projects Arranges to get and analyse feedback from customers’ Requirements.
● Design an executive business roadmap of potential business opportunities, including internal and external development programs.
● Coordinate with studio to ensure that client requirements are met.
● Ensure recovery of payments within 30 working days of the shoot.
● Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
● Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
● Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
● Recommends equity investments.
● Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities.
● Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
● Enhances organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
● Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidates with at least 3yrs of experience in Media, in front & existing relationships with Fashion retail/ Brands in UAE & GCC.
- Candidates from retail & E-com industry, Media/Publishing house will be preferred.
- Fluent English Communication
- Immediate Joiners would be preferred.
NICE TO HAVE
· Sales: 7 years (Preferred)
· Business Developments: 7 years (Preferred)
· Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
· Driver's License (Required)
