Plans daily receiving against the available company resources (manpower, MHE, docks) to ensure smooth flow of inbound operations. Adherence to DQMP Standards, Safety & Security Policies and Company Product Receiving Procedures.
• Prepares daily activities of operators and product receivers.
• Prepares GRN and submits on time to Finance Dept.
• Signs and confirms Receiving Tally Sheet and QIP Reports.
• Ensures that blind counting and WMS pallet configuration is followed.
• Ensures minimum idle time of WA and operators by coordinating the removal and parking of inbound trucks in a planned manner.
• Handles Outbound – Truck Continuous Temperature Monitoring (TCTM)
• Assists in Cycle Stock Count as necessary
• Performs DQMP and ISO Self Audit.
• Leads in product damage control. Clears and accounts the damages on a daily basis.
• Other responsibilities as required by the supervisor.
