Position Title: Bartender

The hiring company is a highly recognized Dubai based premium Leisure destination for golf in the region.
Job Role:
Greet every guest immediately in a friendly and approachable manner
Acknowledge all customers with a smile and appropriate greeting, using names whenever possible
Offer food and beverages from the bar
To develop knowledge of Food & Beverage and all Club facilities, including detailed menu and wine knowledge, to advise and assist customers as appropriate
Protect Guests and community by observing the rules of responsible alcohol service
To prepare and serve drinks promptly in accordance with standard recipes, company, and legal standards, ensuring good food hygiene practices are maintained at all times
Ensure all Bar stock levels are maintained, ensuring stock is rotated and in-date and stored at the appropriate temperatures
Follow the Bar opening and closing procedures in accordance with company and legal standards
