Position Title: Business Development Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: up to 15,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus incentives

About the Client:
The hiring company is a well-known U.A.E fabrication firm that has gained a wide range of experience and knowledge in fabricating, painting, and erecting structural steel for industrial plants or commercial building projects. Mainly provide services in steel fabrication including structural steel and steel plate fabrication.
Job Role:
Prospect, develop, follow up and visit new and existing customers
Review and approve quotes before sending to customer
Follow up with potential customers to turn quote into an order within a reasonable timeframe
Provide support and assistance to the estimators and support staff as needed
Manage the estimators for fabrication and estimate orders when needed
Track daily/monthly sales quotas and awards and report to management
Provide on-going progress updates on new business development activities and other key indicators to the LES management team
Coordinate and manage the sales/proposal process with LES marketing, estimator, project manager, and senior management team
