Our client is a global multinational in Dubai. They are currently looking to expand their administration team and have introduced a brand-new position of a Legal Secretary.
Description
The Legal Secretary to Partners will have a variety of responsibilities including
Providing complete secretarial support to the General counsel and in-house legal teamDocument typing, analysis and proofing, amending (including track changes) and formatting documents as required.Preparing presentations, amending, and formatting formal contracts including the Power of AttorneyScheduling meetings, taking calls from clients, travel arrangements, billing and filingSupport with coordination and update the platform regularly
Profile
The successful candidate for this Legal Secretary Position:
Minimum of three years Legal Secretary experience with an International Law Firm in UAECandidate needs to have UAE experience and needs to be in the region to be considered for the role.Western qualifies candidate preferred.Confidence in individual ability and the capability to work independently.Strong communication skills and the ability to take ownership and initiative.
Job Offer
The successful candidate for this role will be offered a competitive monthly salary, all-inclusive of basic, housing and transport allowances.
