Quest is working in partnership with an FMCG business who are looking for Line Leader. You will be working alongside an agile and dynamic team.
As Line Leader, you will:
·Report to the Department Manager and look after process improvements on the packing line.
·Work with shift engineers and the on-site manufacturing team to implement changes
·Lead start-up projects
·Be responsible for eliminating losses and addressing key gaps.
Desirable skills and background:
·Have atleast 3 years' experience in a similar role
·Must come from a packing line background
·Have worked with international manufacturing standards
