Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a one of the largest international group skincare clinics. Our client is looking to hire a Medical Coder who will be responsible for assisting with coding medical documentation for insurance claims and for the client's databases.
<br />
<br />- Perform a comprehensive review for the record to assure the presence of all component parts.
<br />- Evaluate the record for documentation consistency and adequacy.
<br />- Check Patient Records and Documentation.
<br />- Receive the completed records and ensure that the marked deficiencies are cleared and are in compliance with the standards.- Liaising with the Nursing in charge and Physicians for adequate documentation Coding.
<br />- Follow code guidelines codes for the diagnosis with maximum specificity and accuracy and make sure that codes are written in physical records and in medical software as well. - Assign E/M codes for each consultation as per the documentation and guidelines.
<br />- Assign CPT codes for special procedures as per guidelines.
<br />- Ensure all the patient encounters of the previous month are coded as per the guideline and E/M codes on or before 5th of each -month to send the data to HAAD and insurance submission.
<br />- Responsible for any queries regarding coding from HAAD and insurance companies.
<br />- Perform the duties regarding coding as per the requirement.

<br />Requirements- CCA (Certified Coding Associate)/ CPC-Outpatient Hospital/CPC-Payer/AAPC Certification in medical coding
<br />- 3-5 Years of relevant experience- Preferably based out in Dubai, UAE
