Urgent Requirement for an experienced Private House Chef in the United Arab Emirates; Preferred Nationality – Indian & Sri Lankan; Gender – Male; Salary – AED 2,500 to AED 3,000; Location – Dubai, UAE.
- Create and develop new recipes for the employer.
- Be involved in purchasing ingredients and management of inventories.
- Maintain adequate stock levels of ingredients and plan menus according to employers' needs & diet restrictions.
- Ensure cleanliness of the workstation by washing dishes and keeping the utensils & other equipment in proper storage areas.
- Handle all meals for the family and possibly for other household staff.
- Prepare food for parties, holiday meals, luncheons, special functions, and other social events.
- Serve meals and snacks to employing families and their guests.
