Position Title: QAQC Engineer

About the Client:
The hiring company is an oil and gas company based in the UAE.
Job Role:
Fully comply with and adhere to the company Safety, Health, Security and Environmental policies and procedures and IMT Member
Develop vendor audit plans and reports to assess vendor competency and compliance with the requirements of DS-1 drilling and completion equipment standards, making recommendations for conducting such audits
Review well-specific equipment lists and make recommendations of company for the development and approval of vendor
Collate and consolidate daily and other periodic reports into database of acceptance, rejection, and non-conformances of vendor
Coordinate between company and Service Contractors / Suppliers to ensure equipment’s readiness whenever required at the rig
Conduct audits and inspections and write inspection and audit reports accordingly
Educate Drilling Team personnel in Quality Management System requirements
Carry out product and process auditing as per ISO 9001:2015 on Contractor
Record and follow up all QAQC incidents (NCRs, deviations and dispensations), request Root Cause Failure Analysis and issuing Lessons Learned Notifications
