• Communicate and coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors and project staff
• Identify defects and toolbox to construction staff and sub-contractors in maintain the quality of workmanship and comply to specification requirement
• Develop and maintain a tracking schedule of trade inspection
• Coordinate and conduct inspections with consultants
• Using of checklist of each trade for inspection
• Inspect the work of sub-contractors to ensure quality of work are satisfactory during and at the completion of works
• Conduct regular checks on documents/ drawings onsite of sub-contractors
• Action and check rectification works of Non Conformance Report (NCR) to confirm ready for close out inspection
• Identify Non Conformance work of sub-contractor, alert Quality Engineer and ensure the correct remedial action taken
• Ensure the construction of work is carried out accordance to approved methodology
• Comply with Roberts Constructions Management System policies and procedures
• Consult with consultant to resolve any day-to-day quality issue
• Maintain and update the daily report of works inspection status to construction team between shift
