· Identifies and develop new markets / clients / consultants for the organization.
· Presents the company to potential clients / consultants through direct communication in face-to-face meetings, telephone calls and emails
· Generates new leads and appointment settings
· Actively manages client visits to factory in coordination with sales and manufacturing team
· Ensures company product approval and vendor listing with clients / consultants and government authorities
· Gets pre-qualification with major developers and government departments
· Get alternative approvals with Consultant for ongoing projects.
· Prepares marketing calendar, gets it approved by the management and ensures implementation as per the plan
· Represents the company at industry events and tradeshows to gain new business leads and contacts
· Ensures all internal and external communication documents are as per the brand guidelines
· Maintains and improves company website in line with new technologies
· Maintains and coordinates for printing of marketing materials (prints, catalogues, give away, sample boards, etc.)

· Coordinates and maintains company visual / Audio production as per the requirement
· Effectively interacts with sales and technical team while handling over new customers
· Builds relationship with existing customers, collects feedback and better understands their needs for improving business and relationship by taking necessary action on feedback
· Inspires coworkers to attain goals and pursues excellence.
· Identify opportunities for improvement with team members and makes constructive suggestions for changes.
· Keeps track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with team members.
· Identifies the loop holes in the system and suggests improvements to protect the brand image
