Position Title: Facility Manager

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:

A highly respected Property Investment Group based in Dubai, with proven track records on management for residential, commercial, and huge facility projects within UAE.

Job Description:

Take the lead in managing Facility Staff daily operations, including maintenance of the building and repair of equipment
Plan with management regarding projections of upcoming major renovations and new constructions
Oversee custodial and security staff
Ensure that all facilities - lighting, heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems are operating properly to provide good working or living conditions for occupants of the assigned buildings
Supervise the design and upkeep of the facilities’ grounds and landscaping
Adhere to health and safety regulations with local or international companies in all facilities requirements which includes but not limited to inspections, reports, contracts, quotations, deadlines, attention to details, organized etc.
