Position Title: Events Operations Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

A well established events management and marketing agency in the region
Job Description:
- Understand requirements for each event/exhibitions and plan it with attention to financial and time constraints
- Research and manage suppliers (catering, decorators, musicians/entertainers, branding, production, AV, etc.) and choose the best combination of quality and cost
- Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations etc.)
- Do final checks at the day of the event (e.g. tables, technology) to ensure everything meets standards
- Manage client requirements and ensure quality assurance and client satisfaction
