Black & Grey HR is recruiting for an insulation solutions provider in Sharjah, UAE. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager who will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in the insulation market. You will work closely with our technical team to develop and implement sales strategies that meet the needs of our customers.

<br />- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the insulation market.
<br />- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.- Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and suppliers.- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports for the sales function.- Collaborate with the technical team to develop new product solutions and applications.- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.

<br />Requirements- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
<br />- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the insultion/construction industry.
<br />- Proven track record of driving business growth and exceeding sales targets
<br />- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
<br />- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
<br />- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
