Financial Business Analyst – 6 month contract (extendable) – immediate start

For our client, an international real estate business specializing in urban development we are looking for an experienced Business/Financial analyst, to support a significant transformation project within their organization, specifically focusing on the transition from Oracle E-Business Suite to Oracle Fusion. The consultant will collaborate closely with Finance and IT teams to implement and support business information systems, addressing challenges and providing solutions aligned with their business objectives.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the implementation partners, guiding them on best practices that align with our clients current business processes and proposed processes for the transformation
Assist with the implementation and support of business information systems across multiple entities in finance aspects.
Identify problems and opportunities within a company and ultimately provide solutions that help achieve the business' goals.
Collaborate with financial teams and IT teams to develop initiatives and strategies that optimise costs and improve internal and external reporting.
Develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met
Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for the business.
Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders.
Collect and analyse business requirements for ERP financial projects.
Write business requirement documents and other functional and technical documentations.
Assist in design, development, testing and implementation of ERP financials projects.
Provide suggestions to enhance/ automate ERP applications for optimal performance
Identify functional gaps and provide corrective actions.
Support project team in developing reports, tables, fields, data interfaces and application extensions.
Develop testing scenarios and write test scripts.
Work with documentation team to develop user guides and training materials.
Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks.
Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking, and process analysis.
Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function
Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting HR process improvement and automation.
