Our company is seeking an Exhibition Producer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As an Exhibition Producer, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing successful exhibitions and events. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and objectives, and then develop and implement strategies to achieve them. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in event management, with a strong background in exhibition production.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all aspects of exhibition production, including concept development, design, logistics, and budgeting.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and target audience.
Develop creative concepts and themes for exhibitions that align with client requirements.
Manage and coordinate vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of exhibitions.
Oversee the design and production of exhibition materials, including signage, graphics, and promotional materials.
Create detailed project schedules and timelines, and ensure all deadlines are met.
Monitor and control exhibition budgets, ensuring all expenses are within allocated limits.
Coordinate with marketing and communication teams to promote exhibitions and attract attendees.
Provide on-site management and supervision during exhibition setup, opening, and closing.
Evaluate the success of exhibitions and events, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Preferred Candidate:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, with a focus on exhibition production.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to develop unique concepts and themes for exhibitions.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and find solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices in exhibition production.
Proficient in using event management software and tools for project planning and execution.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required for event setup and management.
Ability to travel for onsite event management, as needed.
