Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a Facilities Management company offering cleaning service in Dubai, UAE. Our client is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join their team and help drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and by forging strong relationships with Clients.

<b>Responsibilities:</b>
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the cleaning services sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Prepare and present professional proposals and quotations to potential clients.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and partners.
- Gather customer feedback and work with the operations team to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in business development within the cleaning services or technical services industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients at all levels.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
