Job Description:
Handle daily tasks such as opening, closing, inventory, and maintaining cafe cleanliness.
Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing the team members and daily operations of the shop.
Check customer feedback, address complaints promptly, and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
Oversee cash handling and sales, create budgets, and develop ideas to attract more customers.
Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness regulations and maintain an appealing appearance for the restaurant.
