Job Description:

Implement and oversee a comprehensive strategy to optimize costs, improve efficiency, and reduce risks within the supply chain.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate favorable contracts, and ensure timely delivery of quality products.
Monitor inventory levels to reduce waste, implement inventory control processes, and coordinate logistics to ensure efficient delivery to restaurant locations.
Maintain quality standards, ensure compliance with food safety regulations, and conduct regular supplier audits and assessments.
Provide leadership and guidance to the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
