Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement high-impact talent strategies tailored to scale up hiring demands, positioning the business to seamlessly expand in response to market needs

- AI-Focused Recruitment: Target specialists in AI, machine learning, data science, and software engineering to build teams capable of sustaining the company's pioneering role in the AI landscape

- Executive Search and Leadership Hiring: Collaborate with senior leaders to identify, engage, and secure executive-level talent to propel the organization’s vision

- High-Growth Recruitment: Oversee talent acquisition across diverse sectors, with an emphasis on rapid, scalable hiring for banking, government, engineering, aviation, and cryptocurrency industries
