Keep Operations Flowing: Oversee all aspects of daily operations, from cleanliness to inventory, ensuring everything’s in place for a seamless studio experience.
Lead Client Experience: Bring your hospitality know-how to create a warm, family-friendly environment that keeps clients coming back.
Drive Results: Lead the team in hitting sales targets and meeting operational goals, setting a high standard for both service and performance.
Develop the Team: Train, motivate, and support our team, fostering an environment where everyone can excel.
Provide Insights: Use operational data to identify areas for improvement and help shape our strategy for growth.
