We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth, generating leads, and expanding market share for automation and industrial solutions. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals that contribute to the overall growth of Organization


Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation & Business Development:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the automation, industrial, and technology sectors in the UAE.
  • Generate leads through a variety of channels including direct outreach, networking events, cold calling, and online platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored automation solutions.
  • Research industry trends and market conditions to identify growth areas and customer needs.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay ahead of trends and identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to ensure successful implementation and long-term satisfaction.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services or products to existing clients.
  • GCC travel will be required as a part of the profile.
  • Marketing & Branding:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns, and promotional materials to enhance brand visibility and attract leads.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry conferences, and events to showcase the company’s automation solutions and network with potential clients.
  • Reporting & Feedback:
  • Track and report pipeline performance, lead generation progress, and market feedback to senior management.
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to help improve product offerings and service delivery.
