The Installation Engineer plays a pivotal role in the heavy industry and metallurgy sector, focusing on the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex machinery and systems. This role demands a blend of technical expertise and hands-on experience to ensure that installations are completed efficiently and safely. The Installation Engineer will work closely with project managers, clients, and other engineering professionals to deliver high-quality installations that meet industry standards and client specifications.

Responsibilities:

Understand project execution needs and respect project schedule & deadlines
Oversee the installation process for every project.
Coordinate with project manager to develop installation schedules and allocate resources.
Manage installation teams and provide guidance and support to ensure quality and timely completion of projects.
Coordinate with production department to ensure the availability of materials and equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements during installation.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues in a timely manner.
Conduct post-installation evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.

Preferred Candidate:

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Proven experience in managing multiple installation projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
Strong organizational skills to manage documentation and project timelines.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and client needs.
Proficient in using installation tools and equipment.
Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in installation engineering.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the installation of metal works finishes or related projects.
U.A.E. driving licence.
