Assist and drive approvals and ECAS/G-Mark certification for Electrical products accessing the regional market as part of certification team

Competencies:

Familiarity with IEC standards concerning domestic & home appliances and consumer electrical products

Ideally, experience in the subject of restriction of hazardous substances

Basic understanding of energy efficiency for home appliances, lighting products, luminaries and lighting

Knowledge of equipment for use in explosive atmosphere

Experience in ISO 9001 and IEC 17025 is preferred

Good IT literacy skills (Microsoft Office)

Experience in testing and/or certification of electrical products

Familiarity with laboratory testing methods

Ability to scrutinize and compare technical documents

Drive performance by ensuring performance expectations are met

Ability to review constructively the work of other engineers

Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service

Highly energized mind-set with willingness and desire to learn and adapt individually

Able to act on own initiative

Excellent time management
