- Support Tax registration for clients and support the engagement with timely communication of status/completion of registration etc.
- Upload relevant client information and files to FTA for the registration.
- Prepare Tax returns for the clients assigned and submit returns on the portal.
- Assisting in the preparation of proposals and Engagement Letters for Tax
- Support the Tax team is the Corporate Tax Implementation
- Track emails for proposals and quotes including follow-ups/acceptance of quotes etc. Arranging meetings: liaising with all parties to find mutually agreeable times, dates, and locations, booking transport and meeting rooms.
- Assisting the Tax team with clerical functions: to include scanning, printing, copying, converting documents to pdfs, filing, power point presentations.
- Assisting the Tax team with the development of departmental and Tax policies and procedures
- Maintaining client files on the server
- Assisting with preparation of client training materials
- Any other Tax/administrative ad hoc tasks as directed.
