Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain and update the recruitment tracker to ensure real-time hiring status.
- Handle new hire documentation, employee records, and contract issuance.
- Facilitate onboarding programs to integrate new employees into the company culture.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures to optimize production processes without compromising quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal departments, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
- Implement HR policies, SOPs, and procedures aligned with pharmaceutical industry standards.
- Ensure labor law compliance, including employment contracts, visa processing, and employee documentation.
- Manage insurance enrollments, employee files, and contract renewals.
- Assist in PR support and government-related documentation.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Foster a positive work environment through structured employee engagement programs.
- Support employee retention strategies and career development programs.
- Assist in the development and tracking of performance appraisal processes and KPIs.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs to ensure accuracy.
- Manage HRMS software for smooth HR operations and database management.
- Ensure all training sessions are tracked and followed up for timely completion.
- Work closely with EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) teams to ensure occupational health and safety compliance.
- Support employee wellness programs such as mental health initiatives and fitness activities.
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setup.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR policies, and compliance.
- Experience in introducing and managing employee engagement programs.
- Prior PRO (Public Relations Officer) support experience is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in HRMS software, payroll processes, and performance management systems.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
