We are seeking a skilled and proactive Assistant IT Manager to join our team in the Western Region of Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in network administration, IT troubleshooting, and support, with a strong ability to manage IT operations across remote sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support to end-users.
Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, printers, and other IT equipment.
Install and configure hardware, software, systems, networks, and applications.
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Ensure IT security and data protection measures are in place.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT equipment and services.
Maintain documentation related to systems configuration, user access, and IT processes.
Provide support during IT audits and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Assist the IT Manager in implementing IT projects and infrastructure upgrades.
Ensure the smooth running of IT systems in a challenging environment, including remote site support.
