One of the UAE’s specialized F&B groups, based in Abu Dhabi, established by young entrepreneurs and steadily expanding across the region.
Job Description:
§ Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for F&B roles including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding staff and conduct orientation for new staff.
§ Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
§ Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
§ Prepare and maintain company policies and SOPs, ensuring proper follow-up (new or updated) to benefit both the company and staff.
