Position: Management Trainee Program (Emirati Nationals – Fresh Graduates)

Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Program:

Our Management Training Program (MTP) is designed to develop the next generation of Emirati leaders. This structured program offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to multiple business functions, enabling fresh graduates to build strong foundations for a successful career.

Key Requirements:

UAE National with a valid Family Book
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
For male candidates: National Service must be completed
Must be an immediate joiner
Must have inactive labor card and pension account
Must be a Dubai resident
Currently not employed elsewhere
Have a good english communication
