Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic AI Coordinator to support our AI and digital transformation initiatives. This entry-level role is ideal for recent MBA graduates or business administration freshers who have a keen interest in technology and innovation. The AI Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams to help organize, document, and support AI-related projects across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the coordination and tracking of AI projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for AI use cases.
Liaise between technical teams (e.g., data scientists, software developers) and business teams to facilitate communication.
Document meeting notes, project updates, and progress reports.
Help prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Stay updated on AI trends, tools, and developments relevant to the business.
Support training sessions, workshops, or demos related to AI tools or processes.
Maintain project dashboards and trackers for visibility and progress monitoring.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
MBA (preferred or in progress).
Strong interest in AI, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
