Preferred Candidate:

Proven experience in real estate management, preferably within the retail sector.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulations.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Proficient in real estate software and tools.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
