We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Graduate Engineer to join our team in the real estate sector. Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and implementation of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and refine project specifications and requirements.
Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to evaluate project viability and compliance with local regulations.
Participate in project meetings, providing technical insights and updates on project progress.
Support the preparation of technical documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within financial constraints.
Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance technical skills and knowledge in the real estate sector.
Contribute to the development of sustainable engineering solutions that align with the company’s commitment to environmental responsibility.
Assist in the coordination of project activities with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Participate in quality control processes, ensuring that all engineering work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

Preferred Candidate:

A recent graduate with a degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical) from a recognized university.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information effectively.
A proactive approach to learning, with a keen interest in the real estate industry and engineering innovations.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with engineering software and tools relevant to the industry.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
