Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  2. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting initial training sessions.
  3. Maintain and update employee records in the HR database, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  4. Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment.
  5. Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations for management meetings.
  6. Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a professional manner.
  7. Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  8. Ensure that all HR documentation is filed appropriately and is easily accessible.
  9. Assist in the performance review process by coordinating feedback collection and documentation.
  10. Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives as needed.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  3. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
  6. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
  8. Prior experience in an HR role or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  9. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.
