Real Estate Agent (Leasing & Sales) – Dubai

TivaliHome Group – Real Estate Division is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

\[ Identify and onboard property owners for leasing and sales

\[ Conduct professional negotiations with landlords, tenants, and buyers

\[ Manage leads, arrange viewings, and follow up until successful closing

\[ Provide regular updates on activities, progress, and deal status

Compensation & Benefits:

TivaliHome offers two flexible options:

Option 1: Freelance / Commission-Only

\[ High and competitive commission per closed deal

Option 2: Basic salary available for qualified candidates + Commission

Requirements:

\[ Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Dubai’s Real Estate market (Leasing or Sales)

\[ Valid RERA Card is \[\[Mandatory\[\[

\[ Strong command of the English language (written and verbal)

\[ Valid UAE Residency & UAE Driving License

\[ Excellent negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills

\[ Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management

\[ A strong network of landlords and investors is a significant advantage

Priority will be given to candidates with successful experience working with Persian-speaking, Arabic-speaking, Russian-speaking, Turkish-speaking, European, and other high-value international client markets.
