Role Overview

We are seeking a kind, patient, and mature Arabic-speaking woman to spend a few hours a day with our mother. The primary goal of this role is to provide meaningful social engagement and companionship in her native language while her primary caregiver (her husband) rests or attends to other tasks.

This is not a medical or heavy cleaning role; it is about presence, conversation, and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities

- Conversation & Connection: Engaging in friendly chat, reminiscing about the "old days," or discussing light topics in Arabic.
- Passive Supervision: Providing a calm presence to ensure she feels safe and settled while our father is in another room.
- Light Activity: Reading aloud, listening to music together, or looking through photo albums.
- Gentle Redirection: Using a soft touch and patient communication to ease any moments of confusion or restlessness.
