The Sales Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering products to customers efficiently and safely while supporting sales operations. The role involves handling cash or invoices, maintaining vehicle condition, and ensuring excellent customer service in line with company standards.
Deliver products to customers according to daily delivery schedules and assigned routes.
Support the sales team by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of sales orders.
Collect payments (cash, cheques, or approved digital methods) when required and submit them according to company procedures.
Verify delivery documents such as invoices, delivery notes, and customer signatures.
Ensure correct loading and unloading of products while preventing damage or loss.
Maintain the company vehicle in clean and good working condition.
Comply with UAE traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Report any delivery issues, customer complaints, or vehicle problems promptly.
Assist in stock checks and returns when necessary.
Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
