Senior Recruitment Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Manager to lead global hiring initiatives aligned with our clients business expansion across Africa, Asia, and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
Develop and execute strategic hiring plans aligned with business growth
Build talent pipelines across trading, supply chain, finance, and corporate functions
Partner with leadership on workforce planning and hiring budgets
Implement innovative sourcing strategies including headhunting and referrals
Lead and mentor the recruitment team
Track and optimize hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate experience)
Drive employer branding initiatives
Ensure compliance with UAE and international labor laws
Support global hiring and mobility programs
