Key Responsibilities:

Daily Route planning of the delivery fleet.
Co-ordinate distribution, drivers and helpers’ requirements to meet delivery needs.
Maintain delivery schedules and track deliveries to ensure client needs are met.
Update and provide delivery tracking information for vehicles, goods, drivers and helpers.
Report driver issues such as accidents, safety concerns, or licensing issues.
Direct, investigate, verify and resolve customer complaints, road accidents / incidents or any other unplanned event.
To maintain the health and safety of the distribution team.
Keep record of drivers and other staff (License copy /ID card / Health certificate Etc.).
Assign drivers to deliveries, handle customer complaints, and investigate delivery issues, including returns, late or miss deliveries
Manage shift deliveries against agreed service standards and operational KPIs
Ensure all client request are met accurately and within the time scale set.
Ensure POD’s are properly acknowledged by customers and handover to accounts department on daily basis
Ensure proper reporting of the activities of the shift
